Sincerest condolences to HM3 James Swink's family, especially his Mom and Dad. From a mother of one of James' classmates in FMTB-East, 03-05-2010 in SC, I send my heartfelt gratitude and thanks for your son; for his service to his country, for taking my son under his wings. Thank you HM3 James Swink!

I know my son, Nick Cruz, HN USN is heart-broken. He wrote on James' wall on FB:
“HM3, you were one of the men I looked up to more than most. You were what so many of us younger corpsmen wanted to be. Back in Field Med, you were the most dependable leader I could have asked for in a time where I really needed one. You took care of your guys first and you did it right, and that is an example I will always carry. The world was better because of you. It will continue to be with what you gave us.”

Words are never enough. Pls know we will be praying for you and James. We will never forget.
